AMOA IT Consultant
Mission
At Sofrecom, consultants in IS Project Management Support assist our operator and government customers in their digital transformation projects. They support them from the realization of IS impact studies to the implementation of the technical solution.
This mission involves all stages of an Information System re-design project:
Compilation of requirements; Drafting of specifications and RFPs; Facilitation of workshops to express needs with the business lines; Architecture studies; Assistance in validating project milestones (functional and technical specifications, test phases...
Expertise and skills
Consultants are experts in BSS and OSS solutions (BSCS, Zsamart, ... etc.) and UML, BPMN, and TMforum standards.
Their interpersonal and writing skills, their analytical and summarizing skills and their autonomy are assets for carrying out consulting missions with high-level contacts.
Experience
5 years of higher education (what field?), IS Project Management Support consultants must have significant experience in projects such as:
- implementation of CRM,
- unified order taking,
- omnicanality,
- convergent billing,
- incident management,
- activation and provisioning,
- payment platform...
They are able to work in multicultural environments. They are willing to undertake business trips abroad.
