International women's rights day: moving forward together

Fri 07 Mar 2025

At Sofrecom, professional equality between men and women is at the heart of our diversity and inclusion policy. We firmly believe that gender diversity and equal opportunities are essential drivers for our company's performance. As a subsidiary of the Orange Group, we are committed to promoting an inclusive work environment where every talent can thrive.

Promoting Gender Equality

For several years, Sofrecom has implemented concrete actions to ensure professional equality. We have achieved a rate of 46% women within our workforce. This figure reflects our commitment to ensuring balanced representation and promoting women's careers in all areas. Here are our key initiatives:

  • Recruitment and compensation: We ensure pay equity and set targets for increasing female recruitment. Our recruitment process, certified ISO 9001, guarantees equal opportunities at every stage.
  • Skills development: Through our Talent Review program, we identify and highlight female talents, ensuring that the promotion rate for women is at least equal to that of men.
  • Work-Life balance: We believe that balancing personal and professional life is essential for job satisfaction. Sofrecom offers arrangements such as remote work and part-time options, allowing our employees to reconcile their professional and personal responsibilities.
  • Agreements and commitments: A new agreement on professional equality has been signed for the period 2020-2023, illustrating the quality of dialogue on this subject.
  • Certification: In Morocco and Tunisia, we are certified GEEIS.

Professional equality between men and women is an achievement on which we wish to build to succeed in our strategic ambitions and prepare for the future. We will contribute to creating a work environment where every talent, regardless of gender, can fully develop.

In 2024, our professional equality index improved by 8 points in France, reflecting the commitment of the entire management line to a proactive policy in favor of this professional equality.
