Professional Equality Index 2025

The law of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future (n°2018-771, article 104, France) provides for the obligation for companies, subject to headcount and timetable conditions, to calculate each year indicators relating to pay gaps between women and men and the actions implemented to eliminate them according to the methods and methodology defined by decree n° 2019-15 of 8 January 2019.

Sofrecom obtained an overall score of 93 out of 100 points for the indicators measured in 2024.

  • Indicator 1: Gender pay gap - score 38/40
  • Indicator 2: Difference in the rate of individual increases - score 20/20
  • Indicator 3: Difference in promotion rates - score 15/15
  • Indicator 4: Percentage of employees having received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave - score 15/15
  • Indicator 5: number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid - score 5/10
