OUR BOARD
Sofrecom's Board determines Sofrecom's strategic orientations.
It appoints the executive director(s) responsible for implementing them, closes the accounts, convenes the General Meeting and proposes the annual dividend. It decides on the major issues relating to the smooth running and future of Sofrecom in order to promote the creation of sustainable value for its clients and all its stakeholders.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors is vested with the broadest powers to act on behalf of the company. He exercises his powers within the limits of the corporate purpose and subject to those powers expressly assigned to the Board of Directors by law and by the Board's internal rules. He is supported in this task by the Managing Director of Sofrecom.
Sofrecom's board chairman is Bruno Zerbib, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of the Orange group.

Davy Letailleur
Davy Letailleur has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sofrecom. A graduate engineer from Télécom Paris, he has built an outstanding career within the Orange Group, marked by a unique cross-functional vision that combines cutting-edge technological expertise, financial rigor, and strategic leadership.
He began his career at the heart of mobile innovation in France. An expert in network architectures and multimedia platform operations, he quickly developed the conviction that technology must serve as a performance driver to enhance customer experience.
His trajectory accelerated when he moved into financial management roles at Orange France. By mastering cost structures and complex regulatory challenges, he developed a dual engineering and managerial skill set, essential for leading a consulting firm. At Orange Wholesale, he established himself as a key negotiator in relationships with third-party operators. His decisive role in the rollout of the Free Mobile roaming agreement, as well as his leadership of multi-operator governance bodies, highlights his ability to manage strategic partnership ecosystems.
As Head of the North-East Network Operations Unit, he demonstrated his ability to lead large-scale transformations in the field, orchestrating major 5G and fiber (public initiative networks) deployments in close collaboration with local authorities.
Since 2021, as Deputy CEO of Sofrecom, Davy Letailleur has played a key role in the company’s transformation, contributing to the return to profitability of Sofrecom France while maximizing the value delivered to the Orange Group.
Today, building on this operational and human success, he takes on the role of CEO with a clear ambition: to strengthen Sofrecom’s position as a leading partner in digital transformation, capable of addressing connectivity and innovation challenges across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Claire Khoury
Claire Khoury is the Chief Marketing, Communication and CSR officer of Sofrecom's Group, which she joined in 2016.
Claire acted as Director of Marketing, Digital Strategy and Communication, managed the Sofrecom Group's strategic plan in 2020 and piloted the organization of Sofrecom's 50th anniversary in Paris.
With a background in science, Claire began her career as a research engineer in a service company in Beirut. In France, she entered the corporate world as a change management consultant, where she led transformation consultancy projects in marketing and sales.
Over more than 15 years in the Orange group, Claire has held different positions within Orange, simultaneously combining more functional experiences at Orange France, where she led transformation projects, with more operational tasks in Customer Relations and Distribution (General Public and Corporate) as Head of Marketing and Communications.
She holds a MSc in Services and Customer Relations Management from NEOMA Business School.
Elias Saab
Elias Saab has been Sofrecom's Sales and Business Partnerships Manager since 2014. He was nominated manager of Sofrecom's Middle East entity on 1st July 2016 with the challenge of driving its development by supporting the digital transformations of key clients in this region.
Before joining Sofrecom, Elias worked at Orange Group for 17 years as Service Integration Sales Manager, a role that gave him a lot of experience in developing ToIP/VoIP, security and enterprise network services.
He then moved into B2B at Orange Business Services as Major Accounts Manager serving large companies such as Thales and Total. Later he worked in the Sales Division where he specialized in media and services and played a key role in the building partnerships with major service providers, notably in IT and cloud computing.

Antoine Kone
Antoine KONE started his career at the General Inspection of the Banque Populaire Group.
He joined Orange’s ranks in 2009 as Financial Area Manager for the African and Middle-Eastern division (OMEA), before taking charge of Central Management Control of the OMEA area.
Antoine then moved on to Orange Guinea as Head of Administration and Finance in 2012. He led several operational and financial projects, leading to an increase in the company’s profitability.
Upon returning to France, he was nominated for the Director of Receivable accounting position for Orange. He handled an important transition in the company’s activity (reorganizing the whole accounting activity for Orange France, process automation, robotization, implementation of new accounting standard practices …)
Before joining SOFRECOM, Antoine lead the Digital Transformation program for the Finance division of Orange Group (including 5 000 people both in France and abroad). This program included skills development for financial, digital solution deployment for all areas covered by the Orange Group and management process simplification. In this role, he led the program communications, organized governance and animated a community of a wide range of project managers spread out over various countries and divisions.
Antoine is graduated from ESSEC.
Bernard Barral
Bernard Barral is NACSI's (Nearshore Amélioration Conformité et Système d'Information) managing director, which coordinates our Service Centers, internal IT and Quality for the Sofrecom Group, effective June 1, 2023. He has also been Sofrecom's Chief Compliance Officer since February 1, 2023.
Bernard Barral was Sofrecom's Nearshore Director for 8 years, where he contributed to the very strong growth of the Moroccan and Tunisian Service Centers, and in particular to the launch of our Casablanca site.
Before joining Sofrecom, Bernard Barral had created the Rapid Development Division ("DevRap") of Orange France within its IT Department. Previously, he had been Director of the Order Delivery Process, as well as Director of the Enterprise Branch's Decision Support Information System, where he led the GEODE enterprise datawarehouse project. He was also Project Manager for the Mobile Customer Service IS in France, where he launched the group's first CRM project, Orchidée.
Dominique Michelet-Patry
Dominique Michelet -Patry has been Sofrecom’s Legal and Tax Director since early 2017.
After 8 years as a contract manager in the Faiveley Transport Group, a railway equipment manufacturer, she joined France Telecom in 2000 to hold various positions in the Legal Department. First in the International Legal Directorate, then in 2007, she joined the Content Legal Directorate where she developed several sports and international partnerships as Legal Manager. In 2011, she will manage the implementation and negotiation of commercial contracts within the Legal Directorate of Strategic Partnerships. In 2013 she joined the Orange Middle East Africa Legal Department where she took over responsibility for the legal support of subsidiaries in Central and West Africa.

Dorsaf Bejaoui
Dorsaf is the General Manager of Sofrecom Tunisia since September 2023.
She joined the Sofrecom Group as Director of Human Resources for Sofrecom Tunisia and Algeria. In addition to her main responsibilities, she has played an active role in the development of organizational resilience tools and growth catalysts.
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale D'Ingénieurs de Tunis, Dorsaf has enjoyed a career spanning more than 25 years with major multinational companies operating in diversified sectors, including telecommunications, software publishing, distribution and industry, where she has held key positions. She was Program Director for Network Management Solutions and headed the EMEA Shared Resource Center for pre-sales at Alcatel-Lucent. She also led organizational and operational transformation projects at Délice-Danone and Monoprix in Tunisia. Her remarkable contribution also includes managing human resources transformation as Central Director of HR Transformation at Tunisie Telecom, the leading operator in Tunisia. She has also contributed her expertise by sitting on various boards of directors.
Dorsaf is passionate about new technologies and innovation, and enjoys taking on the challenges of complex, multicultural environments while delivering creative, high-performance solutions for both external and internal customers.
